Lead, inspire, and coordinate the resort entertainment team Plan and deliver daily activities, fitness sessions, and evening shows Ensure high-quality guest experiences through engaging programs Motivate team members and support their performance and development
Sing, dance and/or perform at the hotel shows Entertain the hotel guests with different acts Leading sports and fitness activities during the day Put a smile on the hotel guests faces Ensure that all hotel guests enjoy their holidays
Ensure the safety of guests at the pool and designated water areas Monitor swimmers continuously and enforce pool safety rules Respond quickly and professionally to emergencies and provide first aid when needed Maintain a calm, responsible, and approachable presence at all times
Deliver fun and engaging daytime activities for guests Lead fitness sessions such as aqua gym, stretching, yoga, or group games Participate in and perform evening shows, themed events, and mini discos Interact with guests daily and create a friendly holiday atmosphere
